      刘锋，1993年毕业于江西师范大学，从教多年，1999年，他以敏锐的思维和开拓精神，以及对物业管理行业发展趋势前瞻性预见，从高校跨入深圳梅林和莲花北的物业管理队伍，与团队一起在全国率先完成了国家优秀示范住宅小区的创建工作，之后又在全国各大小城市，亲自管理了不同类型的物业管理项目，总结出了一系列不同类型的物业管理经验，形成了一套成熟的物业管理运营模式。他所提出的物业管理服务理念和编辑的品质管理方案不仅入选中国物业管理经典教材，还在长期的实践工作中，培养了一大批优秀的物业管理人才，为中国物业管理行业健康发展作出了贡献。

      在丰富的物业管理实践经验基础上，他秉承着“自强不息，厚德载物”的人文精神，2008年创办了南昌市人本物业管理有限公司。提出了以人为本的“始于心，行于己”的物业管理服务理念，确立了“人本、高效、卓越”的企业战略构想，凭借自身在高校和住宅物业管理方面的工作优势，公司已在高校和住宅类型物业管理市场方面发展迅速，受到客户和社会的一致好评。
